2. Current Webflow Project / CMS Export
Please either:
Provide access to the current Webflow project, or
Export each existing CMS collection as a CSV file and share it with me
Note: If you prefer giving me access instead of exporting the collections, please give me Editor access, otherwise I won’t be able to export or review CMS content properly myself.
3. Forms / HubSpot
For any form you want to use on the website, please provide the corresponding:
HubSpot Portal ID
HubSpot Form ID
For example: Book a Demo, Contact, Newsletter, Careers, Partner form.
4. Product Design
Please provide access to the product design Figma file.
5. Customers, Partners & Logos
Please share a list of all customers and banking partners you want to show on the website.
For each one, please provide the logo as an SVG file.
If SVG files are not available, please let me know which ones are missing. I can try to source them myself if they are available online.
6. Testimonials, Customer Stories & Proof Content
Please provide any available proof content, such as:
Testimonials / quotes
Customer story content
Images from customers or POCs
Case study notes
Videos, if planned
7. Careers
Please either provide:
A link to your current job board, usually hosted by your ATS, or
A list of open roles with job descriptions
If there is no ATS job board, or if you don’t want to use it, we can create a simple job board in Framer and manage the listings there.
8. Inspiration & Positioning
Please share:
3 websites you like, with 1–2 bullets why
3 things you clearly dislike or want to avoid
3 mature competitors
3 younger / more modern competitors
9. Product Walkthrough
Please share a short Loom walkthrough of the product, ideally under 5 minutes.
This is needed in addition to a product demo call, because it allows me to rewatch and focus on specific parts while working on the website. The 5-minute limit is intentional: it helps filter what is truly important and relevant for the website storytelling.
10. Tracking, Analytics & Scripts
Please provide:
Google Tag Manager Container ID
Google Analytics ID, only if not managed through GTM
Any other third-party tracking pixels or scripts (only if it can't be added via GTM which is the recommended way)
