We combine design, low-code tools, code, and AI to build websites and digital experiences in weeks that would traditionally take months — without compromising quality.

As a Web Designer at Allsite, you’ll own marketing website projects from concept to launch. You’ll design visually compelling, brand-driven websites and bring them to life directly in Framer. This is a remote-first role, so you must be comfortable managing projects independently and collaborating in a distributed environment.

We’re looking for multi-disciplinary designers who can think strategically about digital experiences and execute them with precision. You should be equally comfortable mapping user flows and designing the interfaces that bring them to life.

We move fast. You should be confident making decisions, presenting your work, and shipping.

If your portfolio mainly shows websites and digital products you designed (especially if they’re live), we want to hear from you.

Great design work shouldn’t live forever in Figma — it should be out in the world performing.

Your Location

Ideally based in Europe, but we’re a remote-first studio and welcome applications from anywhere in Europe or the US.

What You’ll Do

Design and build high-performance marketing websites in Framer

Translate brand systems into polished, responsive web experiences

Collaborate directly with clients from kickoff to launch (no account managers in between)

Own the full workflow from initial concepts in Figma to a live website

Make strategic decisions about layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling

Present and explain your design decisions to clients clearly

Iterate quickly based on real-world performance and feedback

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

Help shape project timelines and scope based on realistic delivery

You Might Be a Fit If

You love creating intuitive and visually strong web experiences

Framer is something you use daily

Figma and Auto Layout are second nature

You use AI tools like Midjourney or similar models to generate visual assets

You communicate ideas clearly and confidently

You’re proactive, reliable, and self-organized

You’re comfortable working directly with clients

You have 5+ years of experience in digital or product design

You speak fluent English

Nice to Have

Strong experience in brand design and visual identity

Motion and interaction design skills (especially in Framer)

Comfort writing or editing strategic or creative copy

Basic frontend knowledge (HTML / CSS / JS)

German language skills
