About the project

LiveFlow is ready to elevate its web presence through a complete redesign and system overhaul — creating a faster, conversion-optimized, and unified experience that better reflects its product maturity and brand authority in the financial automation space.

The current website architecture spans multiple platforms and styles (e.g. Academy, Careers, etc.), making it inconsistent and difficult to manage. This project brings all parts of the site under one unified system — designed and built in Framer — with a single CMS, one visual system, and consistent UX across all pages.

Speed, performance, and clarity are at the heart of this redesign. The new site will prioritize lean visuals, clean layout logic, and frictionless navigation — all crafted to guide users efficiently to high-value actions like product understanding and demo requests.

Brand & Style
We'll take existing brand work and incorporate it into the new website design.

Design
The redesign will embrace a clean, minimal structure with deliberate use of space and upscale visual cues.

Direction
We'll tell a clear story of growth and capability, centered on your strengths and client outcomes.

Imagery
Polished product visuals will bring depth and credibility to the experience.

Content
Messaging will be sharp, strategic, and conversion-focused—guiding users through your value.

Experience
A smooth, modular layout with subtle interactions will deliver a confident, curated user journey.

Objectives

  • Redesign and unify the website into a clean, fast, conversion-first experience

  • Centralize all current content types (Academy, Careers, Blog, etc.) into one CMS and design system

  • Improve UX across all landing and CMS pages, with consistent filtering, structure, and performance

  • Build flexible CMS templates and scalable page layouts in Framer

  • Align content strategy and visual structure with performance goals and growth milestones

Scope of Work

Website Architecture & Pages

The following pages and content types will be redesigned, structured, and built in Framer:

Static Pages

  • Homepage – Hero section that instantly communicates value, clean and simplified layout with minimal visuals, feature highlights, reviews, customer logos, key CTAs

  • Book a Demo – High-converting form connected via Zapier to HubSpot

  • Investors – Static overview showing investors and relevant credentials

  • Legal – Privacy Policy, Security, Terms of Service, Vulnerability Disclosure

Product Landing Pages

For each product, include a strong feature visual or embedded video, feature sections, success stories, and integrated G2/review content.

  1. LiveFlow for Google Sheets

  2. LiveFlow for Microsoft Excel

  3. Consolidation

  4. Dashboards
