Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
Allsite acts as your flexible, fractional design partner—offering hands-on, transparent support tailored to your project. Services include the design and delivery of website assets in Figma and Framer, alongside layout guidance and collaboration.
2. Delivery Timeline
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the first design version for review will occur within 10 business days after receipt of the initial payment. Overall project timelines typically span 3–4 weeks and depend on timely client feedback at key milestones.
3. Ownership & Rights
Upon final payment, the client receives full rights and usage of all final deliverables. This excludes any third-party licensed assets (e.g. fonts, images, plugins). Allsite retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio.
4. Feedback & Revisions
The project includes two structured feedback rounds:
1 round after design direction
1 round after the client has added final content
Additional revision rounds or major scope changes will be billed separately. Feedback must be submitted directly via comments in Framer to ensure clarity and workflow efficiency.
5. Content Responsibilities
Allsite provides example copy and layout guidance during the design process. The client is responsible for adding final content. After content is in place, Allsite will perform a final styling pass to ensure a polished layout.
6. Collaboration & Tools Access
For technical integration or analytics, the client is responsible for providing timely access to relevant third-party tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Zapier).
7. Payment Terms
Projects begin after a 50% upfront payment. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. All payments must be made in full before final assets are handed over.
8. Engagement Models
We offer two models of collaboration:
Fixed Price Model – Suitable when scope, content, and deliverables are clearly defined. Includes two feedback rounds and a pre-agreed timeline.
Day Rate Model – Suitable for evolving projects where scope and deliverables may shift. Billing is based on actual days worked, with estimates agreed in advance. This allows for a more iterative, flexible process.
