Accelerated insights through AI-powered user research

Client Overview

Echo is an AI-native research platform that accelerates consumer insight gathering by automating the most time-consuming parts of user research — recruitment, interviewing, and analysis. It’s purpose-built for product teams, marketers, and researchers who need rich, fast, qualitative data to make better decisions. With Echo, users can define research goals, instantly run targeted video interviews, and get high-signal insights within hours — not weeks.

The Challenge

Echo was gearing up for a public launch with a powerful backend engine and early customer traction, but no cohesive design system or public-facing experience. The team needed a fast, polished brand and product layer that would reflect the intelligence and clarity of the platform, and convert visitors into early adopters.

From branding to product design and website development, we were tasked with building everything from scratch — quickly and with scalability in mind.

Our Approach

We worked closely with Echo’s founding team to shape both the strategic design direction and the tactical execution across product, brand, and marketing.

Brand identity
We developed a clean, modern visual identity that reflects Echo’s promise: smart insights, delivered clearly. The brand system focused on simplicity, trust, and minimalism, with a monochrome palette accented by purposeful use of color to guide focus and hierarchy. We also designed a distinct logomark and iconography system that scales across platforms.

Product design
Echo’s core workflow — defining a goal, running interviews, viewing insights — guided our UX approach. We prioritized speed, clarity, and feedback throughout the product UI. From custom study creation to automated synthesis views, every screen was designed to reduce friction and surface clarity for the user.

Web experience
We designed and developed echoechoai.com with a crisp, editorial feel, optimized for product storytelling and conversion. Modular content blocks allow the team to scale new landing pages quickly. We also designed animations and interactive demos to help new users grasp how Echo works at a glance.

Design operations
Alongside the product and site work, we delivered a fully documented Figma design system and component library. This included tokens, variants, and UI guidelines — enabling Echo’s internal team to scale design and development efficiently post-launch.

Marketing & collateral
In addition to digital design, we created demo decks, investor assets, and launch visuals to support Echo’s growth and GTM initiatives.

The Outcome

Within six weeks, Echo launched a refined, high-conversion platform presence — from product UI to public website. The team continues to expand its research automation offering, now with a solid visual and functional foundation.

The result is a frictionless, elegant product experience that resonates with the needs of modern research teams: fast, flexible, and insight-driven.

Insights

What services do you offer exactly?

Allsite designs and builds high-end, production-ready websites - from strategy and design direction to Framer development and launch. The website is treated as a core business asset: product narrative, trust layer, and conversion surface in one.

Do you also do brand work?

Yes - brand work as it relates to the website. This includes visual identity refinement, design systems, typography, color, layout logic, and tone. Allsite does not position itself as a full-service branding agency - focus beats breadth.

Why Framer over Webflow?

Framer enables faster iteration, cleaner handover, and a more modern editing experience - especially for content-driven, design-forward teams. For complex, CMS-heavy, or AI-native products, Framer offers a better balance of flexibility and maintainability.

Do we need finished designs or a Figma file to start?

No. Projects can start from anything - from rough ideas to existing designs. If a Figma file exists, great. If not, design direction and structure are part of the process.

How do projects usually start and how long do they take?

Projects typically start with a short design & strategy phase, followed by design, build, and launch. Most projects take 3–6 weeks, depending on scope and feedback speed.

How do we get in touch and what should we send?

Send a short message with: What you’re building Why now A rough scope or goal That’s enough to start the conversation.
