Briefing

Project Brief_ Conduit Website Redesign.docx.pdf

All points outlined in the briefing will be carefully considered and integrated into the project approach. The proposal reflects a thorough understanding of the requirements and ensures that each aspect is addressed with clarity, alignment, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Overview

Conduit needs more than a visual refresh — this is a full rebuild of the site's structure, messaging, and content. The goal is a modular, conversion-optimised Framer site that clearly communicates what Conduit is, who it's for, and why it wins against alternatives. Every page will be built from scratch with new copy direction, visuals, and CMS architecture, so the team can maintain and extend it independently.

Primary conversion action: Book a Demo. Secondary: Take a Self-Guided Tour. The entire site hierarchy, CTA placement, and content strategy is oriented around these two actions.

Scope

All pages are built from scratch in a new Framer project. We'll need read access to the existing project to export any CMS content. Static pages are purpose-built layouts; CMS pages are templated collections that the Conduit team can populate and extend without developer involvement.

Navigation follows the structure defined in the brief. Primary nav: Products (dropdown with System + 4 module pages), Resources (hub with filtered content), About, Book a Demo (button CTA), Log In. Footer includes links to all solution pages, case studies, comparison pages, and legal — structured for LLM/crawler discoverability.

Product Tour (/tour) and Comparison pages (/compare/conduit-vs-[competitor]) are outside the main nav but cross-linked from relevant pages and the Resource Hub.

Design Direction

Modern, clean, and differentiated — not a generic SaaS template. The design should stand out in the logistics/warehousing category without being distracting. Visual direction principles:

  • Product screenshots over stock imagery; real UI wherever possible

  • High information density where it builds credibility, generous whitespace where it aids clarity

  • Brand fonts (Outfit, Inter) applied consistently via a defined design system

  • Reusable components with clear naming — built for AI-assisted editing and independent updates

  • Interactive social proof section (customer logos, not static)

  • Connected workflow diagram on the Platform/System page showing how modules integrate

Design direction is presented at the end of Week 1 alongside a near-complete Homepage. This gives Conduit a concrete design decision to align on before the build phase begins.

Timeline

Total duration: 5–6 weeks from kick-off. Timeline assumes timely feedback (within 2–3 business days per round) and delivery of brand assets, product screenshots, and customer logos by end of Week 1.

Header 3

1

Kick-off → Design direction

Kick-off call to align on details, content assets, and access (Framer, HubSpot, GTM). Design direction proposal delivered within 1 week after kick-off — visual language, component style, and a near-complete Homepage for feedback.

2–4

Build phase → v.1

Following alignment on design direction, full build begins. All static pages, CMS templates, and integrations are implemented. v.1 is shared as a Framer preview link for structured feedback.

4–5

Iteration & content editing → v.2

Conduit team is invited into the Framer project to begin populating CMS content (blog posts, case studies, comparison pages) and making copy edits directly. We incorporate v.1 feedback and deliver v.2.

5–6

Fine-tuning → v.3 launch

Final round of feedback and iteration. QA across devices, integration testing (HubSpot attribution, GTM, Navattic UTM passthrough), and go-live. 301 redirects activated on launch day.
