The Challenge

As one of the early companies focused entirely on AI governance, Enzai needed a digital presence that clearly communicated a complex category. We partnered with Enzai to redesign their entire digital experience and translate the concept of AI governance into a clear, structured product narrative.

Product Positioning

Working closely with the founders, we refined the messaging around Enzai’s core value: turning AI governance from a policy exercise into an operational system. We structured the site around practical use cases such as model inventory management, compliance workflows, and regulatory reporting — making the value immediately understandable to enterprise buyers.

Design System

We created a modular design system built around clarity and trust. Structured layouts, neutral color palettes, and consistent UI components reinforce Enzai’s role as governance infrastructure. Every section was designed to support dense information without overwhelming the reader — allowing complex regulatory topics to feel approachable.

Web Experience

The new site was built with Framer using a scalable CMS architecture that allows Enzai to rapidly publish regulatory insights, product updates, and educational resources. The platform’s modular page templates make it easy to expand content around frameworks like the EU AI Act while maintaining visual consistency.

Interactive Product Narratives

To explain the platform’s capabilities, we designed interactive product sections that visually demonstrate how organizations track AI systems, assign risk levels, and monitor compliance in real time. These guided visual flows transform abstract governance concepts into concrete workflows.

Design Operations

Alongside the website, we delivered a robust design system covering typography, layout rules, UI components, and iconography. This ensures Enzai’s internal team can continue expanding the site and product materials without sacrificing consistency.
