Overview
The goal of the project is to transform Terra AI’s capabilities, technology, and company culture into a premium, engaging Framer website that clearly communicates the depth of the company’s expertise.
Rather than simply refreshing the existing website, the new experience should present Terra AI as a leading deep-tech company—combining advanced technology, scientific research, and real-world applications across minerals, reservoirs, and related solutions.
The website should give potential customers a much stronger understanding of Terra AI’s capabilities, build confidence in the company’s technology, and create excitement among prospective talent. Terra AI’s research, publications, knowledge, and culture should become much more visible and compelling throughout the website.
Key goals include:
Translate Terra AI’s technology and capabilities into a memorable digital experience.
Clearly communicate the company’s solutions, products, research, and technical differentiation.
Create an intuitive user journey for customers, partners, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Position Terra AI as a credible, ambitious, and category-leading deep-tech company.
Build a scalable CMS foundation for publications, job listings, solution pages, and future growth.
Create a careers experience that excites prospective talent and communicates Terra AI’s culture, mission, and ways of working.
Deliver a website that feels interactive, premium, technically sophisticated, and distinctly different from a conventional corporate website.

Scope
Allsite will support website strategy, information architecture, UI design, Framer development, CMS architecture, SEO & GEO foundations, integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Attio, Ashby, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), QA, and launch.
The website will be designed and implemented based on Terra AI’s existing brand, content, website, and any additional assets or documentation provided during the project. Existing copy will be reviewed, restructured, and rewritten where required to communicate the company’s positioning, capabilities, culture, and research more effectively.
Before implementation, we will review the existing Framer project. Based on our experience, we expect it may be more efficient to rebuild the project from scratch rather than continue working within the existing file, although this will be confirmed during the initial project review.
Development includes responsive implementation, a centralised design system, reusable components, CMS setup, performance-conscious development, SEO-ready structure, handover calls, and launch support.

Design Direction
The visual direction should create a premium digital experience that positions Terra AI as an advanced, credible, and ambitious deep-tech company.
Rather than feeling like a conventional corporate or consulting website, the experience should communicate technical depth, scientific expertise, and the scale of Terra AI’s capabilities through thoughtful storytelling, motion, interaction, data visualisation, imagery, and pacing.
The design should balance technological sophistication with clarity and usability. Strong hierarchy, generous whitespace, considered typography, technical visual systems, product or research imagery, and subtle interactions should help visitors understand complex capabilities without making the experience feel overly dense.
The website should communicate confidence and maturity to prospective customers while still feeling innovative, ambitious, and exciting to researchers, engineers, and other prospective talent.
Every page should guide users naturally toward meaningful actions while remaining highly usable, scalable, and easy for the Terra AI team to manage.

Assumptions: Existing branding assets, website content, research materials, company information, imagery, and required third-party account access will be provided by the client at or shortly after project kickoff.
The final sitemap and number of solution or product pages will be confirmed during the information architecture phase. The current scope assumes one Minerals page, one Reservoirs page, and a reusable CMS structure that can support additional solution pages.
Job listings and detailed job descriptions will be managed through Ashby, with the website presenting the available positions and linking users into the relevant Ashby application flows.
Careers and Contact forms will initially use HubSpot unless otherwise agreed. The website structure will be designed so that these forms can be migrated to Attio in the future, although the Attio migration itself is not included unless explicitly agreed within the project scope.
Existing copy will be rewritten and improved based on materials supplied by Terra AI. Extensive technical research, long-form scientific writing, or the creation of publications from scratch is not included unless separately agreed.

Allsite will support the website narrative, page structure, headline system, core copy direction, and SEO/GEO optimization across pages and content. Final content review, edits, and German translation will be handled by the encosa team, with Allsite assisting the process when needed.Scope Control
This proposal defines the agreed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.Timeline Dependencies
