About Company & Website Redesign
Data Communications Management Corp. (DataCM) is one of Canada’s leading tech-enabled providers of print and digital communications solutions, serving over 2,500 clients — including many of the nation’s largest corporations and public agencies. The company’s platforms and services simplify complex marketing, communications, and operations workflows across sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, and energy.
While DataCM’s offering has evolved rapidly into a modern, AI-powered communications and asset management ecosystem, its current website no longer reflects the scale, clarity, or innovation of the business. The content structure has grown organically over time, resulting in an inconsistent information hierarchy and visual fragmentation.
The goal of this project is to rethink and rebuild DataCM.com into a streamlined, modern, and high-impact platform that clearly communicates the company’s leadership position and unified service offering. The redesign will reduce the existing complexity — consolidating a wide range of content into five focused, high-value pages supported by a few secondary layouts (Contact, Legal, 404, etc.).
The project will include a complete re-architecture of the website’s content and navigation, creation of a new visual and component system, and a refreshed AI-enhanced imagery style developed collaboratively with the DataCM team.
Design direction will balance professionalism and visual sophistication — drawing inspiration from references such as Trifecta, OpenAI, and AlterEgo, while finding a unique middle ground between minimal clarity and engaging expression.
At its core, the new site will:
Present a coherent brand narrative across all touchpoints
Highlight DataCM’s transformation from print to digital and AI-driven services
Enable multilingual presentation (English and French at launch)
Support SEO, GEO, and analytics integrations for long-term scalability
Project Objectives
Restructure site architecture to reduce complexity and focus user attention on key content.
