About Company & Product
Sunlight AI (operating under ADA AI GmbH) is developing a next-generation AI service that embeds AI employees (agents and MCPs) directly into ERP workflows for SMB and enterprise clients. Unlike generic automation, Sunlight AI targets the messy, exception-heavy, human-driven processes that ERPs such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 struggle to handle.
Common use cases include:
Purchase orders – automated validation, conflict resolution, and vendor communication
Invoices – processing, categorization, exception handling
Transfer orders – logistics coordination, data entry, approvals
The goal of the website is to present Sunlight AI as an enterprise-ready, Palantir-like platform: serious, trustworthy, and visually compelling. The one-pager will show:
A clear problem/solution story (“from chaos to clarity”)
Tangible features & use cases for AI employees
Proof of security & compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, EU data residency, zero-trust)
Proven impact through case-like cards and measurable outcomes
A human team presence (founder video + team carousel with bios & LinkedIn)
Strong conversion elements (contact form, CTAs throughout)
Project Goals
Launch a one-pager landing site with a Palantir-like enterprise look, positioning Sunlight AI as the trusted AI platform for SMBs running ERP systems.
Communicate product value: AI agents and MCPs that handle tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and transfer orders.
Build trust and credibility with clear use cases, features, and team presentation.
Drive conversions with strong CTAs and an integrated contact form.

Styling & Branding
We’ve reviewed the Sunlight AI UI Guideline and will refine the brand for the web while drawing inspiration from Palantir, Anduril, and Blackstone to achieve a minimal, strong, enterprise-grade presence.
Logo: Light facelift of the icon and wordmark to improve sharpness and balance while keeping the current direction.
Colors: Dark-mode dominant palette works well; we suggest introducing a subtle accent color to highlight CTAs and add distinction.
Typography: Funnel Display (headlines) and Gilroy (body) are strong; we’ll fine-tune sizes and weights for clarity and consistency.
Icons: Replace Google Icons with Phosphor Icons for a more consistent aesthetic across complexity, style, and size.
Design Elements: Existing box shapes and dotted patterns will be kept, polished, and animated for a modern, dynamic feel.
Layouts: Clear, modern compositions with high-contrast CTAs, optimized for conversions.
Graphs: Likely more relevant for pitch decks than the website, so we’ll exclude them for now but retain the styling direction in case they’re needed later.
Visuals Selection
Visual storytelling will play a central role in the website. All visuals will be custom-designed, polished, and animated to match the enterprise-grade look.
The proposal includes a polished package of graphical visuals designed to carry the Palantir/Anduril-inspired enterprise feel. All produced in Framer (HTML/CSS), as modern-looking, animated and dynamic visuals (instead of static image-files):
One complex “before/after” diagram showing stakeholders, owners, and tools in a messy current state versus a streamlined AI-driven future. This will be animated and scroll-driven.
4–6 smaller “bento-style” visuals, each representing product features or benefits.
Abstract animated graphics & photography treatments for section transitions.
TBD if we use abstract visuals combined with company logo's for case studies or if you have image content ready by your case study clients.
Animated product shots (optional extra):
We can transform your current ERP-integrated UI into modern, animated mock-ups.
These will not only showcase the product attractively on the website but can also serve as blueprints for your internal product redesign.
We’ve done this before with other clients, where our redesigned website visuals later guided actual product development.
Animated product shots are complex and booked as extra scope, starting at €2,000 per high-complexity visual.
👉 All visuals are polished, modern, and animated by default. If additional visuals or product mock-ups are desired, these can be added to the package as extras.
