Scope Overview

Redesign and rebuild of centific.com in Framer, creating a lighter, more dynamic, and enterprise-grade web presence that reflects Centific’s leadership in applied AI.
The new site will form the foundation for future sub-brands (e.g. Flow, Verity), built around a modular structure and scalable CMS for continuous evolution.

Deliverables include a complete design refresh, reusable Framer templates, and CMS collections for case studies, events, and blog content.

Design Direction

Allsite will lead the creative and structural redesign.
Focus areas:

Refined typography, color, and component system
Bright, technology-forward palette (blue/purple spectrum on light gray base)
Clean grid, responsive rhythm, and modern micro-interactions
Flexible templates adaptable across product verticals

The result: a design language that communicates innovation, trust, and clarity, scalable across Centific’s ecosystem.

Visual & Content Integration

Existing imagery and videos will be reused where suitable.
Allsite will design the complete visual layout and presentation layer — including hero sections, research features, and product areas — directly in Framer.

Visual assets (illustrations, UI elements, photography, or motion graphics) will be provided by Centific’s internal design team.
Collaboration and creative guidance are fully included to ensure seamless visual integration.

If additional asset creation is needed from Allsite, it can be added as a separate scoped item.

Framer CMS will manage all dynamic content, allowing Centific’s team to update and expand the site independently.

Scope & Timeline

Phase 1 — Kickoff & Direction (Week 1)
Sitemap confirmation, visual benchmarks, Framer setup.

Phase 2 — Design System & Templates (Weeks 2–3)
Core design language → rollout across 10–12 templates.

Phase 3 — Content, QA & Delivery (Weeks 4–5)
Copy integration, responsiveness, QA, launch support.

→ Launch target: End of December 2025

Estimated Cost

Full Redesign & Build (10–12 templates): €30,000
Includes complete design, Framer development, CMS setup, QA, and final handover.

Payment

50% due at project kickoff
50% upon final delivery and handover

Revisions

One design revision after visual direction (if design refresh included)
One major revision round after Version 1
One minor layout/content round before launch
Additional rounds or major scope changes are billed separately.
