Overview

We will redesign and rebuild the Covecta website in Framer as a product-led, story-driven platform for the company’s next stage.

The project is not a Webflow migration. It is a full rebuild: clearer positioning, a stronger product story, new page structures, a refreshed digital expression, and a Framer system the Covecta team can manage after launch.

The site should help prospects understand what Covecta is, why it matters, how the platform works, and where the company is going. The product needs to be shown properly, but the story around the product is just as important: the people, the operating model, the customer proof, and the wider ambition behind Vecta and the agent library.

A key part of the work is turning the sitemap into a flexible content system. Pages such as agents, solutions, customer stories, company, security, and resources should not feel like isolated brochure pages. They should connect into one product narrative and give the team room to add new proof, new use cases, and new product stories over time.

The result is a modern Framer website that explains the category, gives the product the right visual weight, supports sales conversations, and is ready for a late-October launch.

Working Approach

We will work from the sitemap, customer notes, and reference set, then turn that into a clear direction before building the full site.

Phase one is about structure and direction: deciding how the product story unfolds, which pages need the most depth, how Vecta is introduced, and where customer proof, security, and company narrative sit in the journey.

Phase two is design and build in Framer. We move quickly from direction into production, using real page content, real product concepts, and reusable sections rather than static presentation work that needs to be rebuilt later.

The process is senior-led and practical. We can take detailed input where it exists, and we can also make editorial and structural calls where the current material needs abstraction. The goal is not to reproduce the sitemap literally; the goal is to make the website feel inevitable, clear, and launch-ready.

We handle the Framer build, CMS structure, responsive implementation, redirects, core metadata, QA, handover, and launch support. Client feedback and content approvals need to be consolidated so the four-week timeline stays realistic.

Scope

Full rebuild of the Covecta website in Framer, replacing the current Webflow setup.

Website-focused brand refresh: typography, colour application, layouts, product visuals, motion direction, UI treatments, and supporting graphic language. A full logo redesign or broad identity system is not included unless agreed separately.

Design and Framer build for the core sitemap: Home, Vecta, Platform, Solutions, Customers, Security, Company, Book a demo, plus the required subpages and CMS-backed page types.

Reusable CMS structures for agents, agent detail pages, solutions, customer stories, resources or blog content, company content, and legal or support pages where needed.

Product storytelling sections for the operating system narrative, Vecta, the agent library, customer lifecycle use cases, security and compliance, customer proof, and company story.

Basic launch setup: responsive QA, metadata, redirects from relevant Webflow URLs, sitemap, analytics/tracking hooks if provided, and go-live support.

Out of scope: custom backend functionality, multilingual rollout, complex product app logic, custom photography production, advanced CRM automation, and substantial new page types introduced after scope approval.

Design Direction

The Covecta site should feel product-led, editorial, and credible — closer to a category-defining AI infrastructure company than a conventional B2B SaaS site.

The references point to a clear direction: conduct.ai for an interactive product story in three pillars, spektr for page structure and company storytelling, taktile for the agent library and detail-page model, rogo.ai for cinematic human/product narrative, legora for video-led presence, and sierra.ai for confident enterprise AI framing.

We would use the product as the main visual asset: interface moments, agent cards, workflows, outcome rows, customer lifecycle views, and system diagrams. The site should make the platform feel tangible without over-explaining the mechanics.

The brand refresh should sharpen the existing foundation rather than restart it completely. Expect stronger typography, calmer spacing, more deliberate colour, better product framing, light motion, and a clearer contrast between product, proof, security, and company narrative.

The overall feeling should be: intelligent, calm, operational, human, and ambitious. The product should look useful today, while the company story signals where Covecta is going next.

Timeline

Estimated project duration: 4 weeks.

Week 1: direction, sitemap refinement, core narrative, and visual direction.

Week 2: core page design and Framer system build.

Week 3: remaining pages, CMS structures, responsive implementation, and content population.

Week 4: iteration, QA, redirects, launch preparation, handover, and go-live support.

The timeline is planned around a go-live before the end of October and depends on fast feedback, consolidated approvals, and timely access to product UI, copy inputs, customer proof, imagery, and technical setup details.

Price

Fixed project price: 28k€

This includes direction, website-focused brand refresh, sitemap refinement, page design, full Framer build, CMS setup, responsive implementation, basic SEO setup, Webflow redirect support, QA, handover, and go-live support.

The price assumes the existing logo remains unchanged and that the project focuses on a sharp digital refresh, product storytelling, and a launch-ready Framer website. Larger brand identity work, custom integrations, multilingual rollout, or substantial functionality outside Framer would be scoped separately.
