Briefing
Overview
We will redesign and build the Investor Relations website into a clearer, faster, and more polished investor portal.
The site will be structured around the key tasks investors need to complete: finding the latest quarterly results, accessing financial documents, checking stock information, reviewing governance materials, browsing sustainability disclosures, subscribing to alerts, and contacting the IR team.
A key part of the project is the creation of a flexible CMS structure. Instead of treating documents, news, events, presentations, webcasts, governance materials, and FAQs as static pages, the site will be built around reusable CMS collections and templates. This allows the IR team to upload and manage content directly, while keeping the front-end structured, searchable, and easy to navigate.
The CMS setup will also include supporting collections such as categories, topics, tags, years, document types, event types, and related content. These can be nested into other collections, enabling multi-select filtering across documents, news, events, presentations, videos, governance materials, and other resources.
The result is a document-first IR experience that is easier for investors to use and easier for the internal team to maintain.
Scope
Scope
The project includes the strategy, design, and Framer build of the Investor Relations website.
This includes:
Refinement of the information architecture and investor task flows
Redesign of the full IR website experience
Front-end implementation in Framer
Setup of static pages, CMS index pages, and CMS template pages
CMS setup for documents, news, events, webcasts, presentations, leadership, governance materials, FAQs, and supporting collections
Setup of supporting CMS structures such as categories, topics, tags, years, document types, event types, and related-content references
Design and build of reusable components such as document cards, filtered lists, tables, CTAs, event cards, team cards, governance lists, FAQ accordions, and contact modules
Responsive implementation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
Basic accessibility best practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA
Handover structure so the internal team can manage future updates
The scope assumes that the general design system of the company’s main website will be reused and adapted for the IR website.
Certain parts of the project add complexity and are included in the estimate only to the extent described above. This includes the number of CMS collections, the depth of filtering logic, multi-select relationships between collections, document-library behavior, chart or stock-data embeds, and any interactive market-data components.
If more advanced functionality is required — for example custom charting, live stock-data integrations, complex filtering logic beyond Framer’s native CMS capabilities, automated filing feeds, investor alert integrations, or large-scale content migration — this would need to be reviewed separately and may affect scope, timeline, or budget.
Content migration is assumed to be handled by the client team.

Supporting CMS Collections
In addition to the main content collections above, the CMS will include supporting collections that can be referenced across the site and used for filtering, grouping, and related-content logic.
These may include:
Categories
Used to group content across documents, news, events, FAQs, and resources.
Topics
Used for broader thematic organization, such as financial results, dividends, governance, ESG, investor events, or regulatory updates.
Tags
Used for flexible multi-select filtering and cross-linking between related content items.
Years
Used for date-based filtering across documents, financial reports, events, news, and filings.
Document Types
Used to classify files such as annual reports, proxy statements, earnings presentations, transcripts, dividend notices, ESG reports, and governance documents.
Event Types
Used to classify earnings calls, conferences, webcasts, shareholder meetings, and investor presentations.
Governance Roles / Committees
Used to connect board members to committees, roles, and governance structures.
Related Content References
Used to link documents, news posts, events, webcasts, presentations, and reports to one another where relevant.
This structure allows files, news, events, presentations, videos, and other resources to be filtered, grouped, reused, and cross-linked throughout the website instead of being managed as isolated static pages.
Design Direction
The IR website should feel clear, institutional, premium, and document-first. The design should prioritize speed, hierarchy, and investor usability over unnecessary visual complexity.
We assume the general design system created for the company’s main website will be reused for this IR portal. This includes the core typography, colors, layout principles, components, and visual language.
Based on this assumption, the proposal is estimated as a fixed-price project. If a separate visual identity or design system needs to be created specifically for the IR site, this would be scoped separately.
Timeline
Estimated project duration: 3–4 weeks
Kickoff to Version 1: approx. 2 weeks
Feedback, refinements, and final implementation: approx. 1–2 weeks
Final delivery: within 3–4 weeks from kickoff
This timeline assumes timely feedback, consolidated review rounds, and that the required content, files, and CMS inputs are provided by the client team.
The final timeline may vary depending on the agreed CMS depth, number of collections, filtering logic, chart/stock-data embeds, and the level of complexity required for document and event structures.
Price
Fixed project price: €23,500
This includes strategy, information architecture refinement, design, Framer build, CMS setup, responsive implementation, and handover structure as outlined above.
The price assumes that the general design system of the company’s main website will be reused and adapted for the IR website.
Content migration is assumed to be handled by the client team. Advanced integrations, custom charting, live stock-data feeds, automated filing feeds, investor alert integrations, or functionality beyond Framer’s native CMS capabilities would be reviewed and scoped separately.
