Turning Sales Conversations into Revenue Intelligence
Client Overview
Othello AI is a revenue intelligence platform designed to help sales teams improve performance through real-time conversation insights and coaching. By analyzing sales calls and customer interactions with AI, the platform surfaces actionable guidance, highlights missed opportunities, and enables teams to continuously refine their sales execution. Othello helps revenue organizations move beyond static call recordings and turn every conversation into a learning and optimization engine.
The Challenge
Othello AI had developed powerful technology capable of transforming sales conversations into structured insights, but the company needed a clearer market narrative and a stronger digital presence to communicate this value. The existing website did not fully capture the sophistication of the platform or differentiate it within a crowded market of sales tools.
The challenge was to translate Othello’s AI capabilities into a compelling product story while building a modern website experience that could effectively convert enterprise buyers and sales leaders.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the Othello team to reposition the product, design a new web experience, and create a scalable system for future product storytelling.
Product Narrative
The first step was clarifying the platform’s role within modern revenue teams. Instead of presenting Othello as another call analytics tool, we reframed the product as a real-time intelligence layer for sales conversations. This positioning emphasizes how AI can support reps during calls, coach them after meetings, and provide leadership with data-driven performance insights.
Design System
We created a visual system designed to feel intelligent, fast, and focused on outcomes. Structured layouts, dynamic product visuals, and strong typographic hierarchy help communicate complex functionality without overwhelming the user. The design emphasizes clarity and speed — reflecting the real-time nature of Othello’s AI coaching.
Web Experience
The new website was designed to guide visitors through the lifecycle of a sales conversation — from preparation and live coaching to post-call analysis. Interactive product sections illustrate how Othello identifies patterns in conversations, highlights winning behaviors, and helps teams continuously improve.
We also implemented a modular CMS structure that enables the Othello team to publish new product pages, use cases, and customer stories without needing ongoing design work.
Product Visualization
To make the platform tangible, we developed product-focused visuals that demonstrate key features such as AI-generated call summaries, conversation scoring, and coaching prompts. These visuals transform complex backend intelligence into clear, digestible user experiences.
Design Operations
A comprehensive design system was delivered to support ongoing product and marketing development. The system includes reusable UI components, visual tokens, and layout templates, enabling the Othello team to maintain consistency as the platform evolves.
The Outcome
Othello AI launched with a modern, conversion-focused website that clearly communicates its value to sales leaders and revenue teams.
