Executive Summary

The goal is to modernize the existing product experience, bringing visual consistency, responsive structure, and scalable design foundations. The project focuses on establishing a robust design system and applying it across all product interfaces, ensuring the platform feels cohesive, clear, and future-proof.

Project Goals

  • Build a unified visual and component system to simplify future updates.

  • Improve usability and legibility through consistent type, color, spacing, and structure.

  • Streamline layouts for key product screens while maintaining core functionality.

  • Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Tools & Collaboration

All work will be done in Figma, fully accessible to your team for transparency and feedback.
Progress can be reviewed asynchronously at any time.
No regular stand-ups or scheduled calls — discussions happen on-demand when needed.

Scope & Process

Phase 1 – Foundations
Define core design tokens: typography, colors, spacing, elevation, and grid.

Phase 2 – System Build
Create the complete component library: buttons, navigation, tables, dialogs, alerts, forms, and shared UI elements.

Phase 3 – Application
Ingest components into product frames and adjust information hierarchy and interaction patterns.

Phase 4 – Responsiveness
Adapt main product screens for large, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.

Timeline & Rate

Expected duration: 15-20 days total incl. iterations, feedback loops, spread across roughly two days per week (my availability).
Rate: €200/hour or €1,600/day (8h).

Terms

We’ll start with a three-day trial phase. Both sides can pause or stop the collaboration at any point during this initial period if expectations or workflows don’t align.


After that, the engagement continues on a weekly rolling basis.

Next Steps

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll schedule a short kickoff call to align on priorities, timing, and access — as well as exchange any existing materials and clarify open questions.
After that, work begins right away. If everything runs smoothly during the trial period, the collaboration continues on a rolling weekly basis.

For the kick-off: I’m available until next Friday, then off for one week, and available again the week after.
