Company Context

Veezoo AG is a Swiss AI-native analytics company founded in 2016 as a spin-off from ETH Zürich. Its mission: democratize data access and empower every employee to make confident, data-driven decisions. By combining language models, knowledge graphs, and semantic technology, Veezoo transforms plain-language questions into precise, governed answers — trusted by global enterprises such as AXA, Bayer, Breitling, and Valora.

Recognized as a 2024 Gartner Cool Vendor in AI and natural-language technology, Veezoo’s platform serves thousands of users worldwide across banking, insurance, e-commerce, and beyond.

Goals of the Redesign

  • Clarify positioning: Present Veezoo as the most advanced AI-native analytics platform — the fastest path from question to governed insight.

  • Tailor user journeys: Optimize navigation for both business users (sales, marketing, leadership) and data & IT teams (governance, integrations, semantic layer).

  • Show proof and trust: Highlight enterprise-scale reliability, accuracy, security, and recognizable customer success stories.

  • Differentiate clearly: Communicate Veezoo’s unique approach — language understanding, semantic layer, and governed insights — as distinct from dashboard-only tools or copilots.

  • Convert decisively: Drive demos and trials with strategic CTAs, ROI-oriented messaging, and comparison pages that support buyer decisions.

Navigation & Page Architecture

1. Home (Static + CMS Previews)

  • Hero section: clear positioning and visual product story — Problem/Solution strip — Feature highlights (Search, Semantic Layer, Collaboration) — Customer logos & proof points — Resources preview (latest blog, guide, comparison) — Security — CTA sections for demo and trial

2. Products

  • Products Index Page (CMS-powered): Central overview of all product capabilities and solutions offered by Veezoo. This page allows visitors to explore the platform’s core functionality (e.g. Search & Visualize, Semantic Layer, Governance, Collaboration) at a glance.

  • Product Detail Pages (CMS templates): Individual landing pages for each major product capability. Each page provides a deeper view of use cases, features, benefits, screenshots, and ROI narratives — designed for both business and technical audiences.

3. Customers (Case Studies)

  • Customers Index Page (CMS-powered): A library of customer success stories, searchable and filterable by industry, company size, or use case.

  • Customer Detail Pages (CMS templates): Individual case study pages that follow a structured format including client background, challenge, Veezoo solution, outcomes, measurable results, and testimonial.

4. Blog

  • Blog Index Page (CMS-powered): A structured content hub with filters by category, topic, or author. Includes feature cards, search functionality, and SEO-optimized previews.

  • Blog Detail Pages (CMS templates): Individual article pages optimized for long-form reading, SEO, and social sharing.

5. Partners

  • Partners Index Page (CMS-powered): A structured overview of Veezoo’s technology and go-to-market partners.

  • Partner Detail Pages (CMS templates): Individual partner landing pages with deeper context on the nature of the partnership, joint capabilities, integration value, and mutual customer success stories. (This is an enhancement proposal — current site only links externally. Building this module would significantly improve partner visibility and SEO.)

6. Company

  • About Veezoo (mission, story, values)

  • Careers (CMS: open roles)

  • Contact (form and direct demo request)

7. Utility Pages

  • Demo / Trial landing page

  • Security & Compliance

  • Legal (Privacy Policy, Terms)

  • FAQ and Sitemap pages

All pages have nav elements added like Navbar, Footer.

Optional Future Expansions (Not Included in Current Scope): These items are not included in the current scope but are recommended as strategic next steps. They can be scoped separately based on Veezoo’s priorities:

  • Industries (Solutions): Dedicated index and detail pages for vertical-specific solutions (e.g. Banking, Insurance, E-commerce). Each page would highlight unique challenges, tailored use cases, and case studies.

  • Integrations: A searchable index of available connectors and integration options, plus individual pages describing setup, supported workflows, and best practices.

  • Careers: A CMS-based careers module with an index of open roles and detail pages for each position, including responsibilities, requirements, and application links.

CMS Collections Needed

Below is the proposed structure of CMS collections, aligned with the architecture above. Each includes an Index Page (listing all entries) and a Detail Page (for individual entries):

  1. Products

    • Fields: Title, Short Summary, Detailed Description, Feature Highlights, Screenshots, Audience Tags

    • Used for: Product landing pages, platform overview, feature sections.

  2. Customers (Case Studies)

    • Fields: Title, Company Name, Industry, Challenge, Veezoo Solution, Outcomes, Metrics, Testimonial, Logo

    • Used for: Customer library, success stories, solution pages.

  3. Blog

    • Fields: Title, Author, Date, Summary, Body, Category Tags, Feature Image

    • Used for: Content marketing, SEO, thought leadership.

  4. Partners

    • Fields: Partner Name, Logo, Description, Partnership Type, Website Link, Use Cases, Joint Customers

    • Used for: Partner ecosystem showcase, integration stories.

Optional Additional CMS Collections (Proposed, not in current scope)

  • If desired, we can extend the CMS to include the following collections. These would require additional scoping and are not part of the current proposal:

    • Industries (Solutions) — Industry name, description, relevant features, case studies, and vertical use cases.

    • Integrations — Connector name, supported system, description, setup guide, documentation link.

    • Careers — Role title, department, location, responsibilities, requirements, apply link.

Visual Direction

Design Principle: Enterprise-grade clarity with AI-native personality

  • Colors: Deep navy and white with intelligent accent blue

  • Typography: Clean sans-serif (Inter / Graphik)

  • Imagery: Real UI first, supported by semantic-graph visuals and animated query → insight transformations

  • Trust elements: Security badges, analyst recognitions, enterprise logos

Integrations, SEO & Technology

Third‑Party Tools & Integrations

  • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Framer Analytics, LinkedIn Pixel, Meta Pixel.

  • CRM & Lead Management: HubSpot (or other) CRM integration.

  • Automation: Zapier for workflow automation.

  • Other marketing/analytics: Hotjar and Google Tag Manager (as currently used on your site)

SEO & Performance Enhancements

  • Core Web Vitals: Optimised LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) & INP (Interaction to Next Paint).

  • Semantic Markup: Use of semantic HTML and a correct heading hierarchy.

  • Internationalisation: Geo‑targeted sitemaps with hreflang tags.

  • Metadata: Comprehensive OpenGraph metadata and structured data (JSON‑LD) for rich snippets.

  • Responsive Design: Mobile‑first layouts to ensure performance across devices.

Technology Stack

  • Design: Figma for var. design tasks.

  • Content Creation: Midjourney for generative imagery, supplemented with curated stock photography.

  • Copywriting: ChatGPT‑assisted copy.

  • Tracking & Analytics: Google Analytics and Framer Analytics.

  • CRM: HubSpot.

  • Automation: Zapier.

Process & Timeline

Process

  • Phase 1: Kickoff & Project Setup — Finalize sitemap and scope, exchange materials, align on communication, and define milestones during the kickoff call. (Scheduling the kickoff call is considered acceptance of this proposal and formal project start.)

  • Phase 2: Visual Direction — Three hero-section proposals are shared in Framer (~Day 3). The chosen direction forms the basis for the design system and overall site style.

  • Phase 3: Build & CMS Setup — Complete design and development of all pages, components, and CMS collections, plus third-party integrations and performance optimization. Version 1 (V1) is delivered on the pre-agreed date.

  • Phase 4: Review, Iteration & QA — Client reviews V1, tests the site, and provides a consolidated change log. We implement all agreed changes and deliver Version 2 within 3 days.

  • Phase 5: Copy Review & Launch — Client finalizes copy edits directly in Framer (with our guidance) and prepares domain setup. Once approved, the site is ready to go live.

Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks from project kickoff, assuming timely client feedback, content delivery, and approvals.

  • Project start: Immediately upon scheduling the kickoff call

Budget

We propose a fixed project fee of €25,000 for the complete design and development of the new Veezoo website.

This includes:

  • Full site design and build in Framer

  • Setup of all agreed CMS collections (Products, Customers, Blog, Partners)

  • Responsive front-end development and QA

  • Integrations (tracking, CRM, automation)

  • Project management, communication, and handover support

The fixed fee ensures predictable costs and a defined scope, covering all work described in this proposal.

Optional model:
If preferred, we can also work on an hourly basis at €200/hour, invoiced monthly with milestone planning and flexible reprioritization. This model avoids pre-payment and can be ideal if priorities or scope are expected to evolve significantly during the project.

Note: Additional scope — such as extra CMS collections, larger numbers of pages, or extended feature sets — can be scoped separately once identified.

Visuals & Product Shots

The proposal includes all essential visuals required to deliver a high-impact site experience as part of the fixed €25,000 budget:

Included:

  • 1 hero-level animation or visual concept

  • Up to 4 medium-complexity visuals (e.g. feature walkthroughs, workflow animations, data visualizations)

  • Up to 6 low-complexity visuals (e.g. product screenshots, icons, light motion effects)

This standard visual package is designed to provide a complete, compelling product narrative without requiring additional budget.

Optional add-ons:
If more advanced storytelling or additional pages require further motion work, we can provide visuals à-la-carte:

  • High-complexity visuals: €2,000 each
(advanced hero animations, cinematic scenes, interactive 3D)

  • Medium-complexity visuals: €700–1,000 each
(custom UI animations, multi-step illustrations, data visualizations)

  • Low-complexity visuals: €300–500 each
(additional screenshots, icons, or motion elements)

We will recommend the ideal mix based on the final sitemap and product priorities.
