Overview

The goal of the project is to transform the client's new brand into a premium, engaging Framer website based on the provided Figma designs, copy, and rebranding documentation.

Rather than recreating static Figma layouts, the website should feel intuitive, dynamic, and alive—reflecting the energy of modern team sports and resonating with organizations that value collaboration, performance, and teamwork.

Key goals include:

  1. Translate the new brand into a memorable digital experience.

  2. Create an intuitive user journey with clear conversion paths.

  3. Communicate trust, momentum, and professionalism.

  4. Build a scalable CMS foundation for future growth.

  5. Deliver a website that feels interactive, premium, and distinctly different from a design mockup.

Scope

Allsite will support website strategy, UX, UI design adaptation, Framer development, CMS architecture, SEO & GEO foundations, integrations (eg. CRM, Calendy, Ashby, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.), QA, and launch.

The website will be implemented based on the provided Figma files, copy, and rebranding assets while optimizing the experience specifically for the web.

Before implementation we will review the existing Framer project. Based on our experience, we expect it will be more efficient to rebuild the project from scratch rather than continue on the existing file, although this will be confirmed during project review.

Development includes responsive implementation, centralised design system, reusable components, CMS setup, performance-conscious development, SEO-ready structure, handover calls, and launch support.

Design Direction

The visual direction should create a premium digital experience that captures the spirit of teamwork and high performance.

Instead of feeling like exported Figma screens, the website should feel alive through thoughtful motion, interaction, storytelling, and pacing.

The design should balance professionalism with energy, using strong hierarchy, generous whitespace, engaging imagery, and subtle interactions that reinforce collaboration, trust, and momentum.

Every page should guide users naturally toward meaningful actions while remaining highly usable and scalable.

Timeline

Target timeline:

  • 3 weeks from project kickoff to launch.

  • The timeline assumes timely client feedback, consolidated review rounds, and all required assets being provided before implementation.

Price

Project Investment: €23,000

  • Includes website strategy, information architecture, Framer implementation, responsive development, CMS setup, homepage, Solutions CMS templates, Case Study CMS templates, Book a Demo page with form and Calendly option, Security page, Careers page, Legal CMS templates, 404 page, QA, launch support, and CMS handover.

  • Assumptions: Final Figma designs, copy, branding assets, and required third-party account access will be provided by the client before development begins (at kick-off).

  • Existing Framer project will be reviewed before implementation, however a full rebuild from scratch is currently expected.

  • If, after reviewing the existing Framer project, we determine that its structure, component architecture, and CMS setup are of sufficient quality to build upon, the existing project may be reused instead of rebuilding from scratch. In that case, the implementation effort would be reduced and the total project fee may be discounted by approximately 20%.

Terms

  • IP & Usage Rights
All intellectual property created during the project remains property of Allsite Studio until full payment has been received. After full payment, the client receives a perpetual non-exclusive license to use the delivered website and assets. Allsite may reuse general methods, frameworks, and components. Usage rights transfer only after full payment.

  • Payment
Fixed-price payments are structured as follows: 50% at kickoff and 50% upon delivery of Version 3 (V3). Invoices are due within 7 days. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid.

  • Feedback & Communication
Feedback is most helpful when it is structured and consolidated. The preferred method is comments directly in Framer, as this keeps context attached to the relevant section. Ideally, the client submits one review per version and confirms when the review is complete. Communication is primarily asynchronous via Framer comments or email. Available calls include kickoff, optional briefing call, V1 presentation, V2 presentation, and final handover call. Additional calls or channels may be used where helpful.

  • Client Responsibilities
The client provides required materials in time, including brand assets, final copy, access credentials, product information, customer proof content, legal texts, forms, tracking requirements, and other inputs needed for delivery. The client is responsible for the accuracy and compliance of all website content.

  • Approvals
Key project phases require client approval, including design direction, V1 and V2 review, and final version (V3). If no response is received within 5 business days, the relevant phase may be considered approved so the project can continue moving forward.

  • Content Structure & Copy Support
Allsite will support the website narrative, page structure, headline system, core copy direction, and SEO/GEO optimization across pages and content. Final content review, edits, and German translation will be handled by the encosa team, with Allsite assisting the process when needed.

  • Scope Control
This proposal defines the agreed scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

  • Timeline Dependencies
Timelines assume timely feedback, consolidated review rounds, and delivery of required materials by the client. Delays on the client side may shift delivery dates.

  • Third-Party Tools & Platforms
The website may rely on third-party services such as Framer, CRM platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other integrations. Allsite is not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

  • Warranty & Post-Launch Support
One week of post-launch support is included for bug fixes related to implementation. New features, design changes, content updates, or additional requests are not included and may be quoted separately.

  • Portfolio & Attribution
Allsite may showcase the project for portfolio or marketing purposes. A subtle footer credit such as “Website by Allsite” may be included. If this is not desired by the client, Allsite asks to be mentioned as creator on the imprint page instead. The client may be asked for a short testimonial quote.

  • Performance Disclaimer
Websites are built using modern performance and SEO best practices. Specific performance metrics, search rankings, traffic results, or conversion improvements cannot be guaranteed.

  • Liability
Allsite’s liability is limited to the total amount paid under this agreement.

  • Proposal Validity
This proposal is valid until the date listed above. After that date, scope, pricing, or timelines may be revised.
