EF's leadership recognized the need for a dedicated platform to enhance connectivity among their alumni and current founders across global programs. The objective was to foster deeper relationships, streamline knowledge sharing, and facilitate collaboration within their growing community.\n\nWe conducted user research and story mapping with EF stakeholders to define personas and key user journeys, then designed and prototyped core features including a smart member directory, introduction service, job boards, Q&A forum, and a funding area for follow-on investments. The design aligned with EF's brand identity to ensure an intuitive and engaging experience.\n\nThe EF Connect platform successfully launched as a centralized hub for EF's global community to connect, collaborate, and grow together. It has become an integral tool for fostering relationships, sharing opportunities, and supporting the ongoing success of EF's alumni and founders.
