Client Overview

Data Communications Management (DataCM) is an enterprise communications platform that helps large organizations manage complex, high-volume customer communications across digital and physical channels. Serving highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, and utilities, DataCM combines document automation, data-driven messaging, and omnichannel delivery to ensure that critical communications reach customers accurately and efficiently.







The Challenge

DataCM operates in a highly technical and compliance-heavy market where clarity, reliability, and trust are essential. However, the company’s digital presence did not fully reflect the sophistication of its platform or the scale of its enterprise capabilities.

The existing website struggled to communicate complex offerings such as document automation, regulated communications workflows, and omnichannel delivery infrastructure. Our Approach

We partnered with DataCM to redesign the company’s website and translate its enterprise communication infrastructure into a clear, structured digital experience.

Platform Narrative

The first step was restructuring how the platform was presented. Instead of focusing on technical feature lists, we organized the site around core communication challenges organizations face — such as compliance requirements, large-scale document delivery, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

This approach allowed us to present DataCM as a strategic platform rather than a collection of services.







Design System

We created a modular design system focused on clarity and enterprise credibility. Clean layouts, structured information blocks, and strong typographic hierarchy allow complex communication workflows to be explained in a straightforward way.

The visual language reinforces reliability and operational precision — key qualities for enterprise communication infrastructure.







Web Experience

The redesigned website guides visitors through the lifecycle of enterprise communications: from data preparation and document generation to multichannel delivery and analytics. Product pages were structured to clearly demonstrate how organizations can manage customer communications at scale while maintaining regulatory compliance.

A flexible CMS architecture was implemented to support the company’s growing library of industry use cases, product modules, and thought leadership content.
